Job Responsibilities
Maintaining CRR & SLR as per regulatory requirement and reporting the same to Bangladesh Bank.
Reconciling all local currency positions on a day to day basis; Investigate and match unreconciled amounts (if any).
Daily operations of Bill/ Bond buy & sell.
Tracking reconciliation of any unmatched money market item and send chasers for any unsettled items until it is settled.
Revaluation of Govt. Securities as and when required.
Preparing Bangladesh Bank return and documents for auditors.

Job Responsibilities
Establishing correspondent relationship with the renowned Banks as well reviews and retains existing relationship of the Bank.
Corresponding with different local & foreign banks to establish RMA relation, Nostro A/C, Credit line & other issues.
Opening NOSTRO accounts in major currencies after verifying and reviewing the proposals for the same and in accordance with regulatory authority guideline(s).
Exploring and procuring new business by executing Remittance Payment Agreement with new exchange houses.
Pursuing enhancement of remittance & foreign guarantee business of the Bank and find potential avenues for the same.
Establishing follow up regarding the settlement of accepted bills and payables by the Bank by protecting Bank’s interest.
Administering all affairs regarding the processing of remittance, reconciliation of outstanding entries and passing entry for covered fund, ensure realization of commission from the correspondents.
Maintaining relationship with all regulatory authorities and meet their requirement within the deadline.
Monitoring the overall off-shore banking and swift functions of the division.
Any other work/ responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

07-12 years working experience in Bank including at least 05 years’ experience in related field
Must have good expertise on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have knowledge on international trade related act, circulars, rules & regulations.
Knowledge on overall SWIFT operation.
