Md. Abdur Rahim: Md Abdul Gani from the village Toperbari Kushura Dhamrai Dhaka is no more today. Innalillahi oa inna ilaihi radiun. May Almightily Allah keep him in the Zannatul Ferdous. Abdul Gani Vai was very dear to me. Though I had left Kushura in 2005, my first posting as Branch Manager was at this very Kushura. Al the Kushura people are very much favourable for the Bankers. I had been maintaining deep connection with my dearest Abdul Gani Vai & with many others of the Kushura region as they had helped me managing a bank branch at the tender age in Banking. A client can motivate, a client can help a banker selflessly, he was a good sign. I am extremely shocked at his death. I have lost a real boro vai. I am speechless.
I had visited Dhantara Bazar, Nabagram Bazar, Suyapur Bazar with him in the last January 2022 for opening new Bank Branches. May be the people of these three regions will get three bank branches, but I shall not be able to share my happiness with my favourite Abdul Gani Vai. I have selected these three areas discussing with him.
On the visiting day, he was with us all day long from 10 am to 12 pm, dead of night. He always thought for the betterment of others. Today’s Kushura Branch is one of the best Branch. For the development of this Branch, our beloved Abdul Gani Vai had played a vital role. He had played vital role for my own professional career with other Kushura people. He has helped me in deposit collection & classified loan recovery. He had accompanied me visiting & pursuing the Classified loan clients. I had been successful to make the Branch transformed from losing concern to profitable one by CL recovery. After 12 years loss, I had made it profitable with the helps of local people especially this Abdul Gani Vai.
Mr Abdul Gani Vai always inspired me & motivated me to go forward. He always kept good contact with me. I used to phone him every now and then. He was a very out spoken person. He could deliver his speeches in a very lucid language. He could express nicely what he wanted. He loved the Bankers most. He was a client & I am a Banker. After my departure from Kushura, he had continued his helps & relationship with my fellow colleagues.

Md Abdul Gani Vai shall never be seen among us. He shall never walk before us. I shall never be able to talk to him. His memories shall remain ever remembering to me as long as I am in the world. He shall remain as an ever remembering person to me. May Almighty Allah forgive him & keep him in peace in the Zannatul Ferdous. May his family members & nearest one have patience to bear his absence. Ameen.
