1: Name of the Position: Head of Division/Department
a. Designation: VP/SVP/EVP/SEVP
b. Required for:
Board Division (Company Secretary), MD’s Secretariat, Corporate Credit Division, Readymade Garments Division, Credit Administration Division, SME Division, Retail Banking Division, Agent Banking Division, Subsidiary Control Department, Risk Management Division, Branch Management & Operation Division
c. Educational/Professional Requirement:
• Must have Masters in any discipline from any reputed University
• Should have at least 12/14/16/18 years of experience respectively in any scheduled commercial bank
• At least 3 years of experience as Head of mentioned Division
• Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable
• Must have analytical and effective decision making skill with advanced financial management knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed
• Age not exceeding 55 years as on 01.02.2018

2: Name of the Position: Branch Manager
a. Designation: AVP-SEVP
b. Required for: All Over Bangladesh
c. Educational/Professional Requirement:
• Must have Masters in any discipline from any reputed University
• Should have at least 10/11/12/14/16/18 years of experience respectively in any scheduled commercial bank
• Should have at least 3 years of managerial experience
• Must have extensive experience in General banking, Trade Finance, and Credit Management & Operations
• Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable
• Age not exceeding 55 years as on 01.02.2018

3: Name of the Position: Murakib/s (Shariah Auditor)
a. Designation: SO-SEO
b. Required for: Islami Banking Wing
c. Educational/Professional Requirement:
• Post Graduation (preferably with Madrasa Background)
• Minimum 2nd Class in all academic levels
• Should have at least 4/6/7 years of banking experience respectively including minimum 2 years as Officer/SO/EO or equivalent in any major commercial Islami bank with exposure in General Banking, Investment, Foreign Trade
• At least 3 years of experience as Murakib (Shariah Auditor) of any Islamic bank
• Age not exceeding 40 years as on 01.02.2018

4: Name of the Position: Credit Officer/Executive
a. Designation: EO-VP
b. Required for: Division & Branches
c. Educational/Professional Requirement:
• Must have Masters in any discipline (preferably in Commerce background) from any reputed University
• Minimum 2nd Class in all academic levels
• Should have at least 5/6/8/10/12/14 years of experience respectively in any scheduled commercial bank with at least 2 years as SO/EO/SEO/FAVP/AVP/SAVP or equivalent positions
• To be well conversant with Credit policies, process, procedures & credit documentation including BASEL-III Compliance
• Abilities to prepare Credit proposal, Financial Statement Analysis, Borrower Selection and Project Evaluation etc.
• Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable
• Age not exceeding 48 years as on 01.02.2018

5: Name of the Position: Foreign Exchange Officer/Executive
a. Designation: EO-VP
b. Required for: Division & Branches
c. Educational/Professional Requirement:
• Must have Masters in any discipline (preferably in Commerce background) from any reputed University
• Minimum 2nd Class in all academic levels
• Should have at least 5/6/8/10/12/14 years of experience respectively in any scheduled commercial bank with at least 2 years as SO/EO/SEO/FAVP/AVP/SAVP or equivalent positions
• To be well conversant with Foreign Exchange & Trade Finance desk at Branch/Head Office
• Overall knowledge on ICC publications UCP/URC/URR/ INCOTERMS and Guidelines for Foreign Exchange transactions etc.
• Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable
• Age not exceeding 48 years as on 01.02.2018
